Nurturing Resilience, the Emotional Intelligence approach to Youth Wellbeing

How can we equip our youth with Resilience and the social and emotional competencies they need to thrive in a world highly technological, divisive, polarised, where overwhelm, stress and fear appear to be the driving feelings?

In this session, we will share:

– Data from the Six Seconds State of the Heart Research on the status of Emotional Intelligence and Wellbeing in the world and across Generations
– Details about Social and Emotional Learning programmes and EQ activities for children and youth
– Case Studies on school and community-based projects

You will:

– Learn that Resilience is intrinsically connected to optimism, hope and courage
– Receive resources to integrate your action in the field with the wisdom of emotions
– Discover why to improve youth wellbeing we need to support and work with educators and community leaders first
