The One Health approach transforms how we understand and protect health by recognizing the deep interconnection between ecosystems, animals, and humans—and turning this insight into meaningful, real-world action. It offers a forward-thinking framework to sustainably safeguard health in its broadest sense.
Within this information session we aim to show how professionals in the environment, human health, animal health, agriculture, and administration will be equipped with knowledge, competencies and tools for applying the One Health approach in their daily activities. Practical real world examples will be discussed and linked to the CAS One Health.
Details about the CAS program:
Through 9 dynamic modules, the CAS One Health program equips participants with both the theoretical knowledge and practical tools needed to apply this approach effectively. Drawing on diverse interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral perspectives, the training empowers professionals to think beyond traditional boundaries and collaborate across fields.
Participants gain a deeper understanding of complex, systemic challenges at the heart of One Health, with a strong focus on real-world applications in the Swiss and European context—preparing them to drive impactful change in their organizations and beyond.
