Wednesday is dedicated to mental health – one of the most important public health topics. On this day, we want to emphasize that taking care of your emotional health is not only possible by visiting health care professionals, but psychological preventive measures, such as communication, movement, learning about the environment or being part of the community, are also of great benefit.
We invite seniors to strengthen their emotional health, be physically active, and get to know the cultural and natural heritage of Lithuania. Participants will take a trip from Kaunas to Trakai and its surroundings, during which participants will get to know the historical and natural heritage of this region, be physically active while walking around the objects and, most importantly, while traveling with like-minded people, they will have the opportunity to feel part of the community and establish social connections with other participants
