A two-day symposium in three sessions covering patterns of multimorbidity, strategies for preventing and managing multimorbidity, and perspectives from real-world settings. Danish and international experts within the field give talks and spark discussions. There will even be a session of short presentations from up to ten participants (sign-up will be announced later).
