Description of the webinar
Health literacy is becoming increasingly important, and digital health literacy has become particularly important in recent years due to the digitalization of the healthcare system. A high level of digital health literacy is necessary in order to make responsible health decisions. Current studies show that many people find it difficult to find reliable information on the internet and to decide on a sound basis which information is relevant. The focus is often placed on the Internet offering with keywords such as universal design. Our event will discuss the question of how much offline support is required in the online area and how this can be realized and with what focus. In addition to general contributions, an example of a highly vulnerable population group will be used to address the importance of the social context.
