Call for Expressions of Interest for the MIG Section Steering Committee
We are pleased to invite expressions of interest for the integration as a member of the MIG section Steering Committee. We strongly encourage participation from those committed to advancing the MIG section strategy and activities. The Terms of Reference are attached. Those interested are kindly requested to submit a brief letter of motivation, highlighting their alignment with the criteria outlined in the Terms of Reference, along with a short CV, by 20 May.
European Public Health Conference 2025

Call for Proposals: Working Groups Leaders
We are pleased to announce the revitalization of our Working Groups and the launch of new initiatives for 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for members to contribute to the MIG Section’s strategic priorities by proposing and leading new Working Groups.
We invite you to submit a brief description outlining the key details of your proposed group (including the proposed topic, the chair(s), main objectives, planned activities, and expected deliverables for 2025, as well as any potential members already identified). We look forward to receiving your contributions and working together to foster meaningful collaboration in the coming year.

Mark your calendars! The seventh European Public Health Week (EUPHW) will take place from 12 to 16 May 2025, focusing on the theme Innovation for Resilience: Shaping a Sustainable Future. This annual event brings together public health professionals, policymakers, students, and citizens from across Europe to explore how innovation can strengthen public health systems and promote sustainability in a rapidly evolving world.
Host Your Own Event
The event submission platform for EUPHW 2025 is now open! We invite organizations and individuals across Europe to contribute by hosting an event aligned with this year’s theme. Events may take various forms, including webinars, workshops, local initiatives, and policy discussions, and can be held in-person, online, or hybrid.
We encourage you to take part and help advance the public health dialogue. Submit your event by 5 May 2025 and be part of shaping a healthier, more sustainable future.
